Digital Document Imaging

The Hemet Adult School offers document imaging for individuals who wish to preserve paper documents, certificates or need to submit documents to a web service such as Monster.com, EDJOIN, etc. We can scan any document up to 11"x17" (black and white) and up to 8 1/2"x11" (color). Digital conversion types include PDF, TIFF, JPEG or Microsoft Document Images. OCR (readable text) is also available. OCR files are scanned to Microsoft Word 97 or RTF formats for editing. This provides for maximum compatibility for all programs. Documents can be burned to a CD-R, flash drive or other memory card type (SD, Compact Flash, Sony, MicroSD, etc).
